Credit Union Chooses SimplerBuilt, Inc. For Bannerman Road Construction Project

SimplerBuilt, Inc., your Tallahassee local commercial contractor, has recently completed construction of First Florida Credit Union’s new branch location on Bannerman Road in North Tallahassee.

First Florida Credit Union chose SimplerBuilt, Inc. as their commercial contractor of choice based upon past performance working on local commercial financial institution renovation projects.

The project consisted of approximately 4,000 square feet of building including conditioned space and drive-through.  The property had a large amount of dirt removed from the site to match adjacent grades, and then was built with a specially engineered foundation based upon site soil reports.

The project featured a white reflective roof on the main building, sprayed insulation on the entry portions, high-efficiancy HVAC system, and insulated walls and glass systems.

The outside if finished with a Dryvit system and cultured stone.

Native landscaping rounded out the project.
