SimplerBuilt was selected for a design/build collaboration with VISIT FLORIDA at their new 11,000 square foot downtown office in Tallahassee. The new location has amazing views and the interior design scheme was developed to coordinate with artwork and new furnishings.
The project involved substantial demolition of a previous office space on the 9th floor and a new build-out to meet the budgetary requests and space planning needs of Visit Florida.
We partnered with Barnett Fronczak Barlowe & Shuler Architects who then reviewed the client requests and helped us design the space to be an efficient, modern office environment that met the needs of the clients’ new hybrid office work schedule.
With our expertise in design and construction, SimplerBuilt brought together creativity, functionality, and cost-efficiency to realize VISIT FLORIDA’s vision for their new downtown office.
